This allows our customers to build sophisticated IVR call routes with minimal effort. Designed around Windows Server 2003/2003, the CBX IVR can access any database accessible through Microsoft ODBC. This allows our clients to link industry standard data packages such as SQL Server and Oracle as well as Unix based systems.
